Running thread

It's odd as it's only in one foot and could be other factors too but I'll keep an eye on it and do some strength training.

I should (and usually am) quite supple due to doing yoga twice a week (and pilates).
Good luck with those trainers. They're a lovely looking shoe.
 
Thoughts on sessions on the Air Bike lads?

I’ve taken a couple weeks off the running and been doing 30-60 min sessions on this and have to say it’s fucking brutal but feels really beneficial.
 
I discovered a pretty big downside to treadmill running this morning: on a (now) rare outdoor venture, I discovered that my fitness for hills has plummeted.

I've always been quite strong on hills but clearly neglecting it has had an impact. I was actually quite shocked since it's never been an issue so I guess I've always taken it for granted.

Anyway, I hope you're all doing well with your own training / exercise.
