Running thread

Better taper carefully this week, if you've run that far so close to a race! Unless you're planning to just jog it?
I'm following a 3.45 programme so it suggested 16 today and a half marathon next Sunday but yes may need to reduce my pace a bit

4 miles before work this morning. Meant to be 5 with lap of local park but gates were still locked so back home again
