8 miles this morning as part of HM training. Meant to go out yesterday and didn't fancy it mentally or physically. Got up this morning trying to talk myself out of it. My other half talked me into going and now so glad I did

I'm seeing some great running on Strava at the moment. Gaz smashing it as usual!

I've had a few shitty days of illness and a bad hangover and bad eating. I woke up this morning and went for a 20-miler, despite still feeling unwell. I'm hoping that this will serve as a motivator going forward.

I always think it's a big psychological boost when you smash out the 20-milers. It shows that you can run a marathon. Just speed work and weight loss to work on now!

I was successful again, and a mate has also got in, so should make for a good day. Hopeful I can better my effort last year.

5k this morning before work. Had to go into office so got train to Kingston then ran along river to work at Hampton court palace rather than train to couple minutes walk from work. Hate running with the rucksack. Also spreading word of MND along the way

Did the Seville Marathon last Sunday,very good race on a flat course in a fab city.
Nice and cool to start with but got up to 20deg for last hour of the race
Was hoping for under 3;35 and got 3:29.So delighted with that.

5 miles this morning. Garmin couldn't connect to GPS so after half mile I started Strava. No running for a few days now as off to Ayr on a stag do tomorrow morning.
