Easy 4 miles before work. Well meant to be easy, really struggled to get going. Stopped at 2.5 and just reset myself. Felt leggy, struggled to get breathing right and no rhythm at all
The very man! I'm training for a HM in May but have to spend occasional days with work in East London on a project (staying in Bexleyheath). Any recommendations of routes/areas to run in around there without getting mugged/killed in the evening or early morning?

That's great - thanks. I'll check those out next time I'm down.haha
If you're around East London, then Stratford area is good to run (by the stadium) i do 10k races there, worth looking into and they do midweek evening ones.
Bexleyheath has Danson Park, it's huge and great for running - and does Parkruns there on Saturdays
If you want to venture other places - then there is Dartford Park, Shorne Woods and Swanley Park - all also have Parkruns
Awesome. That's gotta be one of the most high-impact sessions that a runner can do, even more so if they were 'Kenyan hills'-style.
I understand mate. Sometimes it just goes like this and there seems to be little explanation.Easy 4 miles before work. Well meant to be easy, really struggled to get going. Stopped at 2.5 and just reset myself. Felt leggy, struggled to get breathing right and no rhythm at all
