Running thread

Hi All
Just need some advice please.
I'm training for Manchester marathon and going really well. Doing about 40 odd miles a week.
But I seem to be having a real issue with very cold hands (not during running but just in normal every day life.
Its been going on a few months now.
I'm 48 in good health but don't know whether this is anything to worry about?

The Mrs gets cold hands because of reynard syndrome, but best to get it checked out by a doc mate, the Internet is the worst place to look for medical advice

I'm the same as I have poor circulation. Don't be ashamed to wear gloves on colder days.

As @gaz76 days, have it checked out, just to be on the safe side.

However, I too get cold hands and especially feet (toes). I wear thick socks for running, and gloves. I rarely run in extreme cold, and hardly ever in the rain. I even got some heated gloves, but they're not ideal for running - heavy and difficult to get to my watch.

It'll soon be Spring though, and running will get a whole lot warmer and more enjoyable.

Edit. I did my 86th Parkrun this morning at Stretford (30:40). I had jogging pants covering my legs, thick socks, warm fleece hat, gloves, tee shirt with a long sleeved shirt over it. Still had cold fingers and toes though.
