Running thread

A reminder, as the temperature goes up and runs get sweatier, to carefully consider the colour of your shorts.

Which is why I always wear black ones!
I reckon I got the sweatiest I ever have in my life this morning. My running vest was completely saturated. Took it off to cool down on a bench post Parkrun. When I put it back on to walk back, it was like putting on an ice pack. Beautiful!

It's the London marathon 2020 finishers t shirt, I've got one, it's firmly at the bottom of the wardrobe never to be worn, red indeed pfft
I have Royal parks half finishers, also red and similar right at bottom of the pile of running stuff

I've been running 3 x a week for an hour.

I'm feeling niggles in my achilles tendon. I've heard this could be caused by the trainers I'm wearing.

Is it really worth seeing a running specialist shop to let them analyse my run and advise decent running trainers?

Are your shoes new or old? I have had Achilles Tendonitis a few times due to wearing new shoes. Reverting to the old ones cured it.
