I've been running 3 x a week for an hour.
I'm feeling niggles in my achilles tendon. I've heard this could be caused by the trainers I'm wearing.
Is it really worth seeing a running specialist shop to let them analyse my run and advise decent running trainers?
Are your shoes new or old? I have had Achilles Tendonitis a few times due to wearing new shoes. Reverting to the old ones cured it.I've been running 3 x a week for an hour.
