Hi Frank,Yes I has a Chorlton vest..Was a tough race but nice friendly event..That final hill wasnt welcome.

Have you done Congleton Half? Its known as the "sting in the tail" and has an awful (or did do) steep hill for the last mile and a bit.

Keep moving! I have bought a punge tub which helps a lot with recovery, before that I used to have a very cold shower followed by a hot one, give it a try, it may help

Oh I can't have a tub due to living in a flat, but i do the cold water therapy treatment.

Jolted my knee last week when i did a mini stumble. so sore today
