Running thread

10k today along the beach front to Sandbanks. Bit of a head wind but finished in 44:58. Might follow others and start doing hill sprints soon.

140 Kilometres so far this month, which is probably enough for me. Some incredible totals ran by people on the forum. Hats off to you.

Just done another 8 miles... 108 for the year now, struggling a bit today though tbh... need to get back to some strength work I think... just don’t seem to have the legs at times, pretty frustrating.
Not bad! I also did 8 miles tonight and am on 127.1 miles so bleh!

Have you set a target for the year? I was on course for 2,000 miles for 2020 but I got bloody piriformis syndrome in the summer (still got it but it seems to be steadily improving). I'm hoping this can be a good year for running, for all of us.

I’m aiming for 3000 mate including the bike... if I can do half and half I’ll be buzzing. Just got to keep the niggles at bay and not suffer any long term injuries this year. Need the bike for the strength wirk it gives me.

Yeah, I hear you. I'm trying to be more disciplines with the strength work at the moment. It's often just finding time for it all though, isn't it?
