Joined Strava this morning and made my debut with a 10k in 49:13.

Some pretty nice spots people are running in. I think running next to the Thames, or in the old Turia riverbed beats running past Adswood tip.

I‘ll also be back playing 6 a side again from the 29th, and I play 3 times a week. Get the gyms safely open so I can start doing spin again and I’ll be back where I want to be!

It’s never interested me. I really enjoy spin, love the banter with a lot of people at The Village that I know well, plus the steam and sauna after for a chill out.
