Thanks guys , I can barely move up the stairs - really feel broken today. 11 10ks in a row and a big heavy drinking session till 4am taken its toll . I can’t do it :(

Sale Water parkrun this morning in 29:52. 5km time was 29:19, which I'm pleased with. The extra parkrun time caused by starting to the back of the pack, and a small diversion which isn't compensated for at the finish line.

This morning's Peel Parkrun completed in 29:51.
A few sponsors in attendance today for the Parkrun 20th anniversary so ended up with a nice sky blue Co-op bucket hat.

Same Parkrun, same bucket hat, slower time - 31:00. Lovely run though.

I've been offered a free bib so thinking of going for it. Park and Ride situation at Elvington Airfield seems like a pain in the bum?

Parkrun 201 , first real run in 12 days since the 10k challenge, likely had covid and been really bunged up last week or so, feel better for doing it and took it easy - 30.24

Used to enjoy this thread, I’ve not been able to run or jog since end of January after knee injury from football. Had ACL reconstruction last week after meniscus repair surgery in April, so now another approx 3/4 months before I’m allowed a jog so I’ll be at circa a full 12 months. Feels weird to have never done anything other than walk for so long.
