Thanks guys , I can barely move up the stairs - really feel broken today. 11 10ks in a row and a big heavy drinking session till 4am taken its toll . I can’t do it :(

Completed Morecambe Promenade Parkrun in exactly 30 minutes this morning.
Superb location and conditions, and quite unique in that the first timers brief was carried out by a blind runner and his guide, who turned out to be a comedy double act!

Sale Water parkrun this morning in 29:52. 5km time was 29:19, which I'm pleased with. The extra parkrun time caused by starting to the back of the pack, and a small diversion which isn't compensated for at the finish line.

This morning's Peel Parkrun completed in 29:51.
A few sponsors in attendance today for the Parkrun 20th anniversary so ended up with a nice sky blue Co-op bucket hat.

Just completed my 110th Parkrun at a very moist Isabel Trail in 31:19.
Had to walk about a quarter of it today as I've got the dreaded man flu.

Maybe not the correct place, but watching the end if the Langkawi iron man wow these people give everything, due respect to them it is emotional watching them finish.
