Running thread

Not been out for run for about 6 weeks, anxiety through the roof. Trying to build myself up to get to parkrun tomorrow
You can do it mate, it's nothing you haven't done loads of times before and the result has always been good, get down there in the morning and you will feel a million times better than if you dont

How many times you did go running and wished you hadn't?

Go to park run tomorrow morning, in the sunshine, and then let us know how good it was.

Very few (could count on one hand) more regrets when sitting at desk in work in afternoon and I didn't go. It's to rain in south London and I'm ready. Cheers mate
