am - teachers doctors and cops get an above inflation pay rise though they aren't putting the money in to pay for it ( already back firing as schools are going to have to cut back when they need money to accommodate smaller classes / more teachers going forward - likelihood is to pay the teachers they will make teaching assistants redundant )
