Or in the eyes of British citizens.Brilliant...... Great Britain, the sniveling shits of NATO hiding behind its hands with its fingers in its ears. That would go down well in the eyes of the world.
Only hope we have is someone like navalny to create a uprising and take over. Problem is I doubt he will make it out of Russian jail. I can only see another crazy Russian bastard who wants war taking over
I'm not sure this is true. I looked on Rightmove and couldn't see anything for sale. There was, however, a nice semi on Michael Gove avenue that requires some upgrading.Apparently there’s now a ‘Boris Johnson St’ in Kyiv, lol
Yes but that article is wrong. The third alternative is relentless guerilla war, which is what I think will happen.Just to be clear. When you wrote "Giving in to Putin's illegal and cowardly demands would be the worst thing to do" you were responding to an article which said defending Ukraine by destroying it would be bad, and that one alternative was WW3 and nuclear armageddon. Now to me, that sounds like worse than giving in.
In short. Fuck’em.The people of Russia are who I feel sorry for. They have no democracy so are stuck with a despot, who invades a neighbouring country because he claims it is run by Nazis.
The bloke is so unbelievably up his own arsehole
In short. Fuck’em.
We all have to do something in the present situation whether it’s rehoming immigrants fleeing the war or supplying the Ukrainian government with weapons and training or just generally biting the bullet and supporting whatever sanctions are necessary.
But the Russian public cannot just be absolved of responsibility whether they are innocent in this or not. The onus is on them to do something about their country and how it is run. Pressure should be put on all Russians international or domestic to declare their position and to do more.
Example being: ban all Russian competitors in any sport or code of International competition. Force them to make a stand.
No, but I don't think people had the information then that they do now. Sometimes there are grey areas in world events and sometimes it's blindingly obvious that something is wrong and needs sorting out.Did we do this with Americans when their government manufactured a war in Vietnam?
