Ukraine's Prosecutor General Iryna Venediktova's office has said it is looking into more than 10,700 potential war crimes involving more than 600 suspects, including Russian soldiers and government officials.

Given that The Kremlin tell us that this is not a war but a "Special operation" then it can't be classed a s a war crime.

Mission objective has been achieved though as they now have a pontoon bridge they can use made up of the remnants of the Russian 3rd Battalion littered across the river - all on track for their 'special needs operation'
