Easy missed with the reporting of it. some saying All, some saying black see fleet.

I missed the bit that said Black Sea fleet......they were docked at Sevastopol.

What's more they can't get them out of the Black Sea now either.

Perhaps this was a reference to adding to their submarine fleet in the Black Sea by repurposing one of their cruisers....

Way back in this thread there was a graph of the demographic of the male population of russia by age, and there were few under 30's to "conscript" (I'm sure there are even less now).

There is some suggestion on that thread (and another) though that is "voluntary" or at least a "recommendation to do" for reservists, also that the people being "asked" have specific training that might be critical, so probably not just cannon fodder.
