Most of the troops that liberated Lyman were International Legion.....brings tears to my eyes, that men,not even from Ukraine,will lay their lives on the line.

And inform the enemy of where they are,i think.

So it doesn't mention not putting them in civilian areas then?
POW's have to be put somewhere. I would suggest the safest place is amongst your civilians as they are not supposed to be military targets. (not that the Russians would care)

Honestly, you need to stop yourself.

Putting them in a middle of an arms dump or army barracks might be a no no, otherwise you are good to go.
