It isn’t. Only a strike on an embassy could be construed as such - and doubtful NATO would respond even then.

Somebody posted a few days ago about going to visit Ukraine when the dwarf insanity stops. I would go and help do my bit in rebuilding. I hope the whole world helps these heroes coz they are going to need it.
