Russian invasion of Ukraine

That's kind if missing the point of what it's all about. Mr Smallpenis Musk wants to dictate who does what and more importantly, who gets what. The fact that he is unelected and yet thinks he can decide world policy and threaten governments, both his own and others, says a lot about the man. He called/accussed a very brave, unassuming man a paedophile, just because the man declined his offer of a submarine, that he thought could wander through caves in Thailand (when a, it hadn't been developed and b, it was bound to work because it was his idea).
The man is a grade A tool.
I'm not missing the point at all. He is a total knob jockey. All I'm saying is don't throw the baby out with the bathwater.
Starlink is vital to the Ukraine as-is and any replacement will cost a hell of a site more than what it would cost to support Starlink's fight against Russia's EW capability. It would also come at greater risk to NATO as a variety of uplink/downlink devices would fall into Russian hands at some point during fighting.

So, it was apparently "only very superficial damage" according to early Russian reports ;)
The working carriageway is as bent as fuck underneath so hardly supprising. The rail track that will be in a bad way too being subjected to the extreme heat of a fire.
It will all be cheap Russian steel that is shit quality so a large section will need to be replaced.

Russian President Vladimir Putin has said the partial mobilisation in the country will be over in two weeks.

Speaking at a news conference in the Kazakh capital Astana, he also said there are no plans for additional military mobilisation in Russia.
