The shooting is said to have taken place in the Belgorod region in southwestern Russia, which borders Ukraine - and comes after President Vladimir Putin ordered a hasty mobilisation to beef up the Russian forces in Ukraine.
Not Great for Putin. They are imploding. Doesn’t say why it has been done, but can imagine those who did it are against conscription. It does say they were from ‘Former Soviet States’ no doubt in further days. The Kremlin will spin it and say they were working for NATO…
