russian troops more and more concentrate in the east after it makes no sense to stay in Kherson oblast south of Dnipro.

After massive attacks on UA civil infrastructure I see no point to still NOT supply ATACMS for attacks within Ukraine borders. Except GMLRS still is enough to reach all important targets.
