And even if they did, is that your deal breaker in supporting Ukraine? If China wants to be idiotic and support Putin's invasion militarily, we condemn them the same as we have Belarus and Iran.

China are walking a fine line. Economically they need to avoid sanctions and continue good trading relations with the rest of the world.

Military wise, they have their own objectives and the weaker NATO and the western powers are the more likely they are to be able to achieve them.

They are also pretty dishonest in these things, if there is a way to supply Russia via a backdoor and deni any involvement then they wont think twice.

Sadly its hard to know what most Russians think. The media is warped and its that way as anyone who speaks out gets killed. So the Russians are fed BS on the one hand but also know that anyone who opposes the BS ends up dead or in jail.
