Yeah, everyone thinks Trump had no influence on geopolitics.

Putin definitely didn't try to influence his election and wasn't at all encouraged by his presidency.

If my memory is correct trumps presidency ended January 2021. The illegal invasion of Ukraine happened more than a year later. Under someone else's watch. Nothing to do with him. This will be sorted by focussing on the here and now not bellyaching about things long gone.
