After I commented about missiles I did think that it could well be there to destroy remnants of the downed drone assuming it hadn't sunk.

Russia has problems crossing rivers, even small ones.

Kamyanske is split by a river,Ukrainian Forces control North of it,the Russians the South of it.
The bridges to the West of it,is where the "prisoner exchanges" happen.
Ukrainian Forces,apparently approaching and attacking Vasylivka.
Make of that what you will.
