I was asked this morning what happens if Russia do win the war in terms of NATO. I honestly didn’t know what the answer was.

If somehow Russia did manage to take Ukraine then I’d expect full Cold War levels of troops in bordering countries.

I think it pretty much is already, they're just further east now, and there are considerable reserves in what was "old" western Europe also, that can be there quickly.

In any case russia isn't "advancing" anywhere time soon, not even in Ukraine now.
