Report by Maksym Zhorin, Deputy Commander of the 3rd Assault Brigade from Bakhmut area: "For the Russians, losing Bakhmut means a huge defeat. Especially with the way they took it, how many tens of thousands of orcs were killed for this. First and foremost, politically, they are terribly afraid of this and are doing everything they can to hold the city and prevent us from advancing. We see and know that the orcs are suffering heavy losses. They have pulled up all the reserves they have in this area and are already bringing even rear units to the positions. They are sparing nothing for Bakhmut. Neither people, nor equipment, artillery or aircraft. Every meter is being fought for, because both we and our enemy have tasks to advance. Although the Russian orcs are not succeeding at all."
