So, according to your logic, Russia would not use it's full millitary power against a perceved threat if attacked by NATO because it pulled out of Afganistan?

Well, to sort out any confusion, russia have been very clear that nuclear weapons will be used if they need to. Dont you want to live? Or are you living for and of war?

Let’s pretend they actually find their balls for a moment. Nuclear exchange will be a 30% wipe out event of western world, near 100% of Russians due to the spread of population. If they go exclusively for cities and ignore military sites from the outset it might be a planet ending event if they manage to get their second wave launched but I doubt they’ll get that far. As soon as they look like prepping for a launch the west will go first strike, fixed silos will be done, bombers will be largely wiped out. Subs will remain… it’ll be then down to how much of the Russian shit actually works.
