The supply of weapons to Ukraine was made clear to Zelensky and Ukrainian command.
The instructions were that Ukraine "MUST" implement a NATO doctrine attack "WITHOUT" Air support.
So basically NATO would use Air support for this type of attack.
They were asking Ukraine to perform something that is almost impossible to do.
It was achieved to a certain extent,but ended up going a bit pear shaped.
Now,NATO agree to keep the supplys coming,and Ukraine can use their own doctrine.
This is why shit is speeding up.
NATO chiefs were told this months ago.
So the media and so called "war experts" can FUCKOFF with their "SLOW"
The courage and determination of the Ukrainian people,Armed Forces and many,many volunteers,almost pulled off the impossible,WITHOUT Air support.
Its solely in the hands of Ukrainian Command now.

Also for an example of what Ukraine are missing, this is what overwhelming air support looks like for Nato. Would be making short work of these defensive lines. Nato without this support would also be going "slow".

Exactly this, with air power I reckon Russia would’ve been defeated a while ago, they are basically using WW1 tactics with trench warfare and look at how slow that was. Hopefully get those F16s in and send them packing

He says that Ukraine will have to change tactics at some point. This is because armoured vehicles, including the Abrams’ about to be delivered, can only be used in certain limited ways. He says that it doesn’t take much effort by either side to disable their opponents armoured vehicles.
He the says that eventually it comes down to your artillery + infantry against your opponents. Russia has far more manpower, and I think he’s saying that therefore Ukraine cannot defeat Russia in this way because of the amount of troops that Russia is willing to commit.
Hopefully Ukraine will adapt with the latest weapons they receive, but they seem to be doing OK in Crimea.

“Do you think they have a dartboard with your face on it at the FSB?” :)
