In fact using you best offensive troops to plug holes and defend shows what a state your forces are in.

There is quite an interesting question to be resolved on this.

It’s clear another enormous mobilisation is coming and that key to keeping dissent down has been avoiding Moscow, St Petersburg and calling upon the country bumpkins nobody would miss, but realistically how many are there left to scrape away before they have to turn to the big cities

They are hoping to,as they put it,"recruit" 450k by the end of the year.
