Russian invasion of Ukraine

There's a few NATO countries who'll never back it, which begs the question why they are in NATO anyway.

NATO membership should only be allowed if they are required to back it before becoming members, therefore no vote required.
Good job it's not a unanimous vote.

Biden getting creative giving arms to Ukraine.

Not sure why he doesn't pay Ukraine to dispose of older US cluster munitions. Much cheaper than taking it apart.

Yet our national broadcaster telling us that russia are winning here, something we know is not true because of you. They've been "winning" here now for 10 years, yet with little or no significant progress in those 10 years.

Who wins in a slow stalemate?

Until the Russian Government collapses, and there doesn't seem an end to the occupation by any other means, it won't move from stalemate.

Ukraine lacks the capability to recapture the territory and doesn't look like they will be getting the hardware that will allow them to go on the offensive.

If it ends in a draw, Russia wins. Not something to hold rallies over but they would have achieved some success.

Who wins in a slow stalemate?
Nobody, the point being our national broadcaster just reported that russia are winning and forcing those that live there to leave. The people leaving were being persuaded to leave because clearly it's not safe for them, but that wasn't how it was reported.

If it ends in a draw, Russia wins.
In Avdiivka the draw was 10 years ago, and nobody won.
