Fingers crossed for the people of Kharkiv. I met a wonderfully articulate lad from there on one of my construction pass card courses and gave him a lift back to his accommodation later. Over here with his mum and sister, with his father still serving but stationed in Kyiv.

This dam was built in 2014. Naturally a scapegoat must be found. I don’t think I’d be standing it that spot to take video. Naturally, Putin isn’t to blame. Orsk is a city of about 230,000 residents that sits just north of the border with Kazakhstan....
