Russian invasion of Ukraine

You're right I do disagree. Internationally accepted definitions are one thing, realities are another. The reality is NATO countries are arming, training, supporting, and encouraging Ukraine, rightly so. At this stage it’s a moot point whether it’s still a proxy war or a real one, but the distinction is becoming very blurred indeed.
You seem to be making a lot of effort to convince us of what you admit is a moot point. If it’s moot, it’s irrelevant.

Something that I see while watching these videos of advancing Ukranian troops (while welcomed) is the amount of destruction and devastation to these towns, villages and to the countryside and everyday peoples lives.

It is going to take an incredible effort and $$ to correct this after they achieve their victory.

It makes me mad and very, very sad.

The Wagner Group is still recruiting fighters across Russia, days after staging a mutiny that led Vladimir Putin to raise fears of civil war.

Using a Russian phone number, we called more than a dozen recruitment centres saying, if asked, that we were inquiring on behalf of a brother.
All those who replied confirmed that it was business as usual.

This is 100% true.

Slava Ukraini.

Pretending NATO and the West is still separate from Ukraine is now utterly preposterous. The amount of aid given to them means they are now, in every sense that matters, one and the same. The real risk of WW3 is continuing to let this drift without grasping the nettle. The sting will be bigger the longer that NATO and the West fail to grasp it. The bizarre nature of a war that 'allows' one country to commit atrocities onto another, in the knowledge that the victimised country is not allowed to respond inside the attacking countries borders, is, frankly, ridiculous.
If Russia wants to blow up the world then so be it.
We cannot let Russia win.
Where do they go next and repeat the threat? At what point do we actually fight back?
Give your head a wobble.

Eh? You sound like you're agreeing with me and then tell me to wobble my head ?!

What the chuff for you think Russia and China did in Vietnam?
Played tiddy winks?
America was not at war with either. Both supplied North Vietnam with equipment though - lots of it.
If America had been at war with Russia and China it woukd have been WW3.

Nobody really understands why you want Ukraine to initiate WW3, it certainly won't benefit them.
Good to know you are able to speak for everyone else in the world. Ukraine hasn't, and wouldn't, initiate anything. I just don't like the fact that Ukraine is unable to attack Russia because of the constraints placed upon it by the West, so is therefore fighting with one arm tied behind its back.
