If Trump has full control over Sanctons bill implementation it will never happen...
A time limit on Russian compliance needs to be included if Trump wants 'control'.

The total losses of Russia as of July 9 are estimated in the range from 900 thousand to 1.3 million. Of these, from 190 to 350 thousand - dead.

And that's dead - not just dead and serriously wounded - the figures Ukraine posts every day.
Approx 80k since the 2nd of May).

The NATO Secretary Rutte said “Russia’s continued massive attacks against Ukrainian civilians are deplorable. Earlier today I urged leaders to go further so Ukraine has more ammunition & air defences. I’ve just spoken with President Trump & am now working closely with Allies to get Ukraine the help they need”
