The tightening of sanctions that Trump recently announced takes place now. China and India expected to stop buying Russian oil. This will cause major disruption to Russia.
I don’t really understand how Trump squares the circle of support for Putin’s peace policy (Russia gets everything) while tightening sanctions. A collapse of the Russian economy helps Ukraine. Russian oil currently selling at 36 dollars a barrel against a Brent crude price of 64.

Brent crude price continues to drop ($61.30 now) yet the price at the pump continues to rise: gone up 5p on diesel and petrol in the last week. Hmmmmm.......

Looks like his plan to end the war within 24 hours was to get given Putin's terms and end game, call Zelensky over to the White House at the end of February and tell him that is what's happening, get told in no uncertain terms to get fucked, wait 9 months and do the exact same thing again but in public through the press. Genius. Not.

Also told by USA you can only have 600k in the forces even in war, so that means you have to wait until 1 dies before recruiting. I trust Zelensky to get this right, and assuming the votes are counted correctly then there is zero chance of a Russian puppet being elected. I suspect Zelensky won’t stand in any election and the winner will be a hawk towards Russia.

Anyone with remotely pro-Russian sentiments hasn’t got a chance, unless egregious cheating goes on, in which case they’ll be assassinated in short order imo and there will be widespread insurrection and the attacks on Russian energy assets will resume.
