Braverman might try and pursue this as Neville has been a vocal critic of the government.
Having seen the tweet in question, there seems to be no way of proving it was anything to do with the trial.

Let’s face it, Giggs was always going to get away with it because the trial was in Manchester. The inbuilt bias of the jurors was always going to be a factor. Just like Slippy Steve when on trial in Liverpool.

It needs to be moved to Liverpool with his brother Rhodri as the foreman of the jury.
