What is also being missed by many on here is that Micah wants out. We need players who not only have the ability but also the mindset to know what is expected of our squad. Does Micah have these qualities? My own opinion is that his fitness problems have caused him to miss too much training, let alone playing time and he has gone backwards through this. Exactly this but I get the impression that because he will replace Micah and because he's 31 a lot of people struggle to see the bigger picture.
