Sam Allardyce: Epitome of why English football has lagged behind

That reminds me:

4 Arsenal P:8 W:6 D:0 L:2 F:19 A:10 GD:+9 Points:18 Form: WWWW

This slipped your mind though:

Everton P:8 W:3 D:3 L:2 F:13 A:12 GD:+1 Points: 12 Form: DLLWW

Still at least their fans will have been 'entertained' watching them ship almost as many goals as they've scored.

Did some tophyless old mid table non entity **** call Fat Sam stupid, after one game, at the start of his season there ?

BFS is not the only mediocre English coach.

Really can anyone name a top English coach from the last 20/25 years? (note not British)

No.

But this thread was started, due to the fat gobshite's comments calling Arsenal's manager 'stupid' because he was trying to teach his team how to play out from the back.

Big fat loudmouthed bullying ****s like Sam, have been holding football back, in this country, for decades & the sooner the fucking lot of them are binned & have no influence, the better.

Struggling! Gareth Southgate? er, Eddie Howe. No, you're right.

What happened to that guy at Lincoln everyone raved about for a bit when they had that cup run a couple of years ago? No Championship side had the balls to give him a go? Would be better than staying on a merry-go-round of Allardyce, Moyes, Bruce, Pardew ... wouldn't it?

Danny Cowley and his brother, Nicky. There have been a few attempts and flirtations from Championship clubs but they signed new deals, got guarantee's and facilities built and wanted to remain with Lincoln. Currently topping League 2 and won the EFL Checkatrade last season.

Under Allardyce they conceded more than they scored. Progress.

I understand why Bolton fans would love him but I bet you can't find an Everton fan who's not enjoying life more under Silva than they were under Allardyce.
