Sami Nasri

I don't know about his attitude, haven't seen anything to indicate there's any trouble. The only thing I know about Nasri is that he's had some good games for us already and has proven to be a productive player in certain matches, getting several assists. Considering that it's still very early in his City career I'd say that it's all pretty positive. Granted, he hasn't dazzled us like Silva, but for me personally I'm happy to have a skilled player like him in our squad. He'll only get better as he settles into the squad. Judging by what he's done at Arsenal, especially toward the end of his time there, I think we can expect nice things from him. There's a chance he'll never reach those world-class heights but he's still damn good.

The problem is inconsistency, something that has plagued our squad this season, but at least Nasri has mitigating circumstances - being new and unsettled - which cannot be said for the likes of Kompany.

I'm not bothered about his form and I think it's good we have his technique in midfield - preferably in a position where he can utilise it best.

I would love to know where people have gotten the idea that Nasri is a world class CAM from. Because it can't be from Arsenal, France, and certainly is not from us. (Oh but the Spurs game the Spurs game!!! His whole career will be that bloody game if he's not careful).

He should be getting criticized as he's done fuck all since he arrived

He disappears for long periods during games

He doesn't need to "settle" ffs he's been in England for years. This "settling" nonsense that's crept in to football discussions recently is bollocks and is just another excuse that starstruck happy clappers make for under performing, play well when it suits 'em prima donnas.

How long did Dalglish or Souness take to settle at Liverpool, or Barnes and Beardsley, or Shrek at the swamp or Vieira at Arsenal or Drogba at Chelsea. And Kun Aguero's settled pretty well. The list is endless.

Comparison of the year from Tolmie's hairdoo
Absolute bollocks, Milner and Lescott alone are prove that opinion is wrong. He's in a different role to the one he was in at Arsenal and is adjusting to a new club and new team mates, people need to have some patience because Samir Nasri is one of the most technically gifted players in Europe.

Give him 12 months and he'll be at a similar level to Silva mark my words, he showed glimpses of what he can do when he's at his best against Tottenham in August.

How is his role different ENOUGH to the one he had at Arsenal to make him inept at beating a man, or even trying. That's just one of the things that disappoint me about him among many...

For a start he played more centrally last season at Arsenal and seemed to have more creative freedom, every time he's played this season he's either been on the right or left and stayed out there for the entire time he's been on the pitch, baring his assist against Wigan in September.

It doesn't matter where you are on the pitch, you can put the ball past a man. FFS even Milner does it!!

At Arsenal last season he hardly played centrally, only when Fabregas was injured. Not to mention, how much more centrally can his role get at City ! Sure its not the exact same, but he always tucks in to receive the ball in the centre but just does a couple of tidy turns and passes it.

no he played on the wings for Arsenal last season most times. His best performances came from the right wing. he only played in the middle whenever Cesc wasnt playing. He has never played in the middle when Cesc was fit and Wenger straight up said that he played him there cause Ramsey was injured and he sees Nasri as half winger half midfielder, hence why he never gave him full trust in the middle.

Watch him carefully and you will realise he lacks vision. world class ball control, but he wont make many defence opening passes
