Saudi is changing. A Saudi woman went to space station recently, which would've been unthinkable a few years ago. The climate however though is a turn off.

What could UEFA do about it? They have no jurisdiction over Saudi. If you are going to start saying that irrational payments somehow do not count as income, what happens to the money? Why are noodle sponsors in Thailand OK?

It would be disqualified by FFP as it's clearly a related party transaction
