Id say the most damning indictment of liverpool is that they have refused to discipline the player themselves.

That sums it up perfectly.
Liverpools handling of this is nothing
short of disgraceful.
HNY to all.
Reading the report it shows Dalglish knew what Suarez had said straight after the game so must of known Suarez changed his story. Yet he still defended him knowing what he had said was racist.

Like I said, the owners seem to be horrified at the way Dalglish has managed this and he is likely to be dog-meat by the end of the season.

Yes please can you back up this statement? I've not read anything.

You won't have done. It's from a source close to Liverpool who has been reliable before.

The statements of Dalglish and Liverpool in the past week have been much more measured than before.

Smacks of them being told to pull their head in, I would guess by John Henry and co.

Reading some of the comments on RAWK and it's laughable.

Suarez changed his story numerous times.

Evra said that Suarez used the phrase 'because you are black' which Comolli and Kuyt both admitted during their interviews Suarez had told them in the dressing room after the game. Only for Suarez later to say Comolli had mistranslated his Spanish and Kuyt had mistranslated his Dutch.

Suarez in his statement said that he pinched Evra on the arm to 'calm the situation'. Under cross examination after avoiding the question 5/6 times Suarez conceded that it was not used to calm the situation but to rile Evra up more.

He has been proven a liar. It's hardly surprising the FA found Evras account more credible.

One poster on RAWK even suggested Evra probably didn't feel the pinch, as if that somehow makes it okay.

The RAWK excuses are ridiculous. Some say that Evra is unreliable because in an interview with Canal+ he told them he had been abused about 10 times and then told the FA it was 5 times. Evra said '10 times' is a figure of speech in France which Comolli admitted was correct.

During the process Evra conceded that he misunderstood the word Negro to mean ****** rather than what he now knows that it means black. Because he reported a differing word initially because of this scousers are saying it shows he's changing his story when it doesn't.

Supporting Suarez is accepting the racist slurs he used. There is no getting away from that.
