If he did say something racist, surely the Police would be involved like Terry's case? Unless there isn't sufficient evidence.

Thought the difference being that in Terrys case members of the public complained,but no-one but the players in the rags dispute.

Hope the verdict is delayed a little more because if he was to get a 5 match ban, it could benefit us. Dippers' fixtures in chronological order:

Villa, Wigan, Blackburn, Newcastle, City (league), Oldham, City (cup), Stoke, Bolton, City (cup)

He'll probably get away without any serious punishment mind you.

Edit: And as I posted that news broke that no decision before the 20th, which will surely mean he plays the next two games no matter what (Wigan is on the 21st, they would let him play that?)
