Pan for me.

Has anyone tried the black pudding or the haggis & black pudding sausages from Pearsons in the inside market, Ashton under Lyne? The best I've had by a mile.

Pearsons sausages are excellent, the thin pork have an excellent use of spices and seasoning, quality flavour. I had some from Mettricks in Glossop that people rave about, I had a tasting against the Pearsons and Pearsons won by a mile and he's a City fan.

The Co-Op have some amazing sausages at the moment. They are called Alfred Turner, and are gorgeous.

This is them

My company make these & you're spot on, they're top notch!

Keep a look out for the new dragons blood (hot n' spicy) alf turner flavour, I like hot spicy food but I swear these make your eyes bleed.
