Fat Fred putting the boot in, derailing the campaign.... some one should have words.....

Fred pays out to deflated Reds fans

The Salford bookie is giving anyone who bet on United winning the title their money back, at a cost of £200,000.

Fred Done, who famously became the first bookie to pay out early on United winning the Premier League, made history again today by paying a refund to fans who had high hopes on the Reds retaining the title.

The gesture will cost the Salford-born Reds-supporting millionaire bookmaker £200,000.

He said: “These loyal fans never had a chance of winning with United. This season the Reds have been useless, hopeless and meaningless.

“Anyone who has a bet on United winning the title need only take their slip to any shop and I will refund every penny.

“One of the reasons I’m doing this is, and becoming the first bookmaker ever to do so, is because of the way the fans were still singing for their team even though we were losing 3-0 to Liverpool. I couldn’t believe it and they deserve a team much better than that put out by David Moyes.

“They deserved a run for their money and they didn’t get it. They never had a chance. United are robbing the fans. The Glazers, some of whom were there at Old Trafford yesterday, need to get their hands in their pockets.

“I’m not the only one saying this but this team is going nowhere. I keep hearing about United being the best team in the world - that’s just wrong.

“They are not even the biggest team in Manchester and it breaks my heart saying that.”

Re: Save Our Dave Campaign: SOD

Personally I thought he was unlucky yesterday. 3 dodgy penalties at the swamp is not allowed to happen. He needs to ask the Prem a league to look into it as the Ref obviously didn't do as he was told.

Sorry I'm getting desperate now as he really is on borrowed time.

Re: Save Our Dave Campaign: SOD

Needs time. Just a blip. Will be better next year. Needs to get his own players in. Left with a shit squad. Injuries. Fergie took five years to win anything. Sacking managers isn't the United way. Needs time. Your job is to support the manager. The chosen one.

For the love of god just SAVE FUCKING DAVE.

Surely they can't lose faith with wee Davey now. It's only a matter of time before his tactical masterstroke of asking Mata to play on the wing and lump diagonal crosses into the box pays off. He has also got some other tricks up his sleeve. He has asked Rooney to play wide and lump diagonal crosses in to the box. He was also urging Carrick to " get out wide" and start lumping diagonal crosses into the box.
He always gets the best out of Januzzi by making him play our wide and lump diagonal crosses into the box. He almost caught Liverpool by surprise when he brought Wellbeck on for the last 15 minutes and got him to play out wide so he could lump some diagonal crosses into the box. His cunning plan to ask Van Persie not to bother staying in the box but instead to get out wide and lump some diagonal crosses could easily have worked.

You' ll all be eating your words on Wednesday when he plays his special 3-7-1 formation which allows him to have seven players out wide all the time lumping diagonal crosses into the box. It will baffle the Greek team and sweep United to Champions League glory!

Now that's the spirit!

It's all up to Shrek - he makes the decisions there now doesn't he?

One of the wonderful things about this is if they do get a new manager it will be fun watching him
trying to wrestle some of the power back off wiggy....could get messy

Re: Save Our Dave Campaign: SOD

I'm a little upset this morning thinking that the match on Wednesday v the Greek Giants and Galacticos could go belly up and it won't turn out to be 'Moyes's FArceCup match v Forest'. I can't see who in the MANUre squad could be Moyses's 'Mark Robbins'.

I was cheered up a little when the ToryGraph revealed that Wee Davey has a two point plan:

Plan 1: ???
Plan 2: Hello God! This is Wee Davey!

I shall be in a trough of despond by dinnertime 'cos I can't see how Plan 2 is gonna work. Too many people have already said that Moysey hasn't a prayer!

Re: Save Our Dave Campaign: SOD

Lets see how committed to the cause you all are!
If we were guaranteed victory in all our other remaining games, and therefore win the league would you take defeat at the swamp? If it meant saviour for wee davey?

Before I get called a rag
This is hypothetical as we can't, obviously, guarantee results and right now I want us to smash them out of sight but at the end of the season us only losing that match and davey keeping his job would you be happy?

Goes without saying; of course I'd take losing there for the trade off of winning the PL. Fuck knows, we've lost often enough there in the past with no such sweetener awaiting us. And if us losing also meant that wee Davey was in charge for another season, all the better. ''Saviour'', by the way!!

We won't lose there though!

Re: Save Our Dave Campaign: SOD

They are so piss poor though that just beating us wouldn't necessarily save him he's been so crap this year that his tenure will be assessed based on an accumulation of poor results and performances over months not just one game, victory against us won't fool the Glazers !

This really is the crux of his problem in succeeding the GPC. I honestly think that any manager (even a good one) would be
struggling this season with that dog shit squad. Wee Davy desperately needs to buy a few referees in the Summer. He can
live with having a mediocre team domestically but without the referees he's already 10-15 points down on the GPC before
a ball has been kicked.
