Savic

Yaya has to accept at least some of the blame, he should never have passed to Savic in such a tight situation with Swansea players barely 5 yards away. Yaya then sat on the floor while the attack developed instead of busting a gut to get back, not unlike the last minute counter attack at Sunderland.

LOL at those backing Savic on the grounds that he played well at Villa! That's cos he had fuck all to do! Villa didn't have an attack worthy of the name until the 89th minute!! Every time he plays he makes some God awful error, and under pressure he's a nightmare. An accident waiting to happen, simple as.
He's not the reason we lost though. Blame for that lies with Mancini from the immobile, defensive line up to his failure to buy anyone with pace or width during the summer. We can only play one way, tippy tap up the middle and when that route is closed by bus parking harriers, as it was yesterday (and at Everton and Sunderland), we create nothing

I don't think Swansea parked the bus yesterday. They defended well when they needed to. They were just better than us on the day.

Why are the muppets still slagging Savic here for our loss?
We regroup and defend in numbers after his errant pass.
Swansea had a few passes with 3 or 4 of them involved subsequently after that between them

Who left an unmarked Luke Moore slipped in?

Review the highlights here again

BTW what was CNOPT Russian football commentator saying about NDJ in the last video?

NDJ is supposed to protect the back 4.
He did not snuffed out the threat posed by Luke Moore.

He was no shit. He made one unfortunate mistake that led to conceding a goal. If it could be called a mistake at all, he sent good ball and was just unfortunate that Balotelli (was it he, not sure) decided to move in that millisecond ball went to him.

It's moronic to crucify boy for that, there's ton of such balls in each match

Some of you guys are shame for MCFC, singling out players after each overall awful team performance, and killing their confidence (I'm pretty sure most of them come here to read what fans are saying) is pure bullshit.

The unfortunate issue with Stefan Savic is that he might make ONE mistake in a match and it costs. We have had other players like that over the years but they have come through it and been stalwarts for the club. I expect Savic to do the same. Won't help the lad's development if the centurions are out after each mistake with their hammers and nails.

NDJ didn't track Moore. That's what cost the goal.
But hey why let the facts get in the way of having a go again at one of the whipping boys.

what error ? He did not made any error, he sent perfectly good ball to the place other player was at the moment of sending.
So; everyone that is blaming him for the goal today is wrong then?

Absolutely they are... you guys enjoy to single one player and have a scapegoat after each bad performance and some guys (Savic included) are prepaid for that.

Single pass, not bad at all, just unfortunate misunderstanding with his colleague and let's blame him

It was a solid performance by him. He had some very bad games but this one was not and he's certainly not guilty we lost today.
MSP.....Are you Savic's bum chum?

I thought Savic did OK to be fair. He was by no means the worst. What about Silva? I thought he was awful. Let's have a go at him. Oh no, wait a minute. Savic, Dzeko and Kolarov are the company scapegoats and Savic was the only one who played from the start. We were beaten by a team that was more up for it and genuinely played better than us. As a team we were poor. It wasn't any indivilual's fault.

Savic isn't the sole blame for yesterdays defeat...but he certainly didn't help.

Saying that though, Savic is an accident waiting to happen. Cost us against Liverpool in the 1st leg of the Semi, almost cost us against Spurs, cost us against Swansea....and Im sure there's more I can't think of.

oh they did, but they did it well, when we had ball they had 10 behind ball, their defence was well organised, a true team effort, and when they turned ball over they were lighting fast in attack, loads of time the space they had espec on left, soon as seen savic name on team sheet starting biting nails, but tbh the lad didnt do that badly, he had a decent game.
