Scholes hangs up his boots.

might have been a very good player on his day, but all too often if things weren't going his/their way it was resort to nasty tackles and argue with refs, his tackle on zab at wembley summed the dirty ginger pig up in an instant, goodbye and good riddance.

He may have been a dirty bastard and one of them twats but he was a damn fine player.

He never seemed to shoot his mouth off in the media too much, unlike ratboy. He did his talking on the pitch. Excellent player, god awful tackler. Hate the **** for that last minute header though.

:-(

I personally value sportsmanship still, people like Busquets for example i really despise. Scholes is in that section for me, yes yes he was also a good player BUT...
He never stopped with the nasty (not poor challenges) NASTY crap.
You don't get the kinda record he has with fouls yellows and reds by being someone who is bad at tackling you get it by having a proper nasty streak.

Soooo excellent player but the crap tackling and nasty challenges stop me from really respecting him as much as some of you do.
