Eh?

I can question if I think a player is good enough by having seen them play, and with Sinclair he has played mediocre in a mediocre team, lets hope he improves.

If we had got Di Rossi to make our midfield world class I don't think anyone would complain when we get further additions like Sinclair. It's just that with a day to go it looks like the likes of Sinclair are our signings of the summer and the weakness in our team whenever Yaya isn't playing is still glaringly there.

The real kids in this thread are the ones throwing their toys out of the pram because not everybody agrees that Scott Sinclair is the answer. They want this place to be full of cheerleaders I think...

A player who didn't make it at Chelsea then had one season at a newly promoted club that is not the answer by any stretch of the imagination. The reason why people are p*ssed off is that we have just sold the answer and brought in a pretender. Significantly weakening our wide man position is not the right thing to do in our position.
But AJ had decided before pre-season he wanted to play every week and wanted to leave. Listen to his interviews on joining SAFC. Sinclair is an up and coming player who is improving. You can't sign star players in every position in the 25 man squad because not all will play

How long does it generally take to complete a medical?

Nothing sinister like, just interested.

Generally 6-12 hour's I think, results will be ready for first thing tomorrow I reckon. Good to kick off deadline day with a low-key signing don't you think?

Very good I'd say

6 to 12 hours - bleedin 'ell. I'd be shagged out and fail one within 6 to 12 minutes.

Seems to be dragging out this one. I'm wondering if the club are going to do one of them double announcement malarkeys (the other geezer being that defender - Nat Fantastic or whatever).

Have we not been the architects of our own demise here. We know what AJ brought. FOr me he was different than what we have. He scored maybe 7 in the seaon past, which for a winger\squad player is pretty good.

Did we not cause this by giving a squad player such a massive contract. I think it was a reported £50k per week?

FFP suicide for me,regardless of playing time.

Andy Carroll has had his medical and signed for West Ham (on loan)

What are we doing with Sinclair?

Similar to the Rodwell deal. Medical and Interview for our website.
