Andrew Neill is a Murdoch mouthpiece and as such is fundamentally a propaganda tool. If listening to liars, blowhards and doomsayers is an acceptable conduit to political solutions, he should be Speaker of the House.

Which is all very clever of you to say but the figures came from that independent body The Institute of Fiscal Studies.

No doubt you think they are Murdoch mouthpieces as well
I don't mean to insult you. I simply wouldn't know about the IFS. However, I do think Neill and his paymaster are not impartial but they have access to the media and therefore can influence public opinion. And I do not consider them honest or decent either. I believe their venality and reptilian self-interests are of no concern to the issue of the independence of a nation.

So you just believe what you believe and everyone is therefore wrong. OK - well done.

On ITV news

"The English have been living off the back of the Scots for years"

Says the cheeky Scottish fucker living and working in Corby, Northamptonshire.

You could not make this shit up if you tried.

worked in Corby for five years in the early eighties, they were spouting that shit back then too. Just laughed at them, but having said that there were some great people living there and in fact used to go to city games with several guys from Corby.

Tomorrow I will vote NO on the basis of there being no concrete answers about anything from the yes campaign about any subject. As a Englishman who has grown up in Scotland I can see both sides of the coin. The yes campaign is built solely on the heart the No on the brain. Which one will win will be decided when it comes to ticking the box all alone in the polling booth. I don't have any kind of ideas about being better without the suppressors as it is being sold. I know without the union this country will lose a lot of funding. But I think this is the beginning of the end for the union its only a matter of time before its all broke up so why not now? Zero information! That's why, the terms should have been laid out clearly and agreed by both sides of the border before any kind of decisions had to be made. There for the question is wrong. Should Scotland be an independent country? The answer for any country is yes. Will Scotland as an independent country be a better place in the future? Without any agreement from both sides before hand no one knows. So HEAD or HEART? Emotion for me has no place in this answer NO!

they can do what they like if they vote yes as long as they don't expect us to help in any way or pay for any of it

No UK sport funding. No lottery. No roads maintained. No NHS. The list of services that the English help fund is nearly endless. Good luck to them.

I think you will find they will be able to set up their own versions of the above, and they can afford it.

The arrogance of some English people is laughable.

And the naivety of some people is hilarious

Let them go, they will soon come running back.

They need us than we need them.

Once they are gone, there is no coming back.

They make their bed, they can lie in it.

They may vote No of course, but as you say, they need us more than we need them.
