You don’t always get what you ask for. Just ask Nicola.Stating that Shetland and Orkney will ask to seceed from Scotland in the event of independence is an "opinion"?
Okay.

Okay.
And you see no hypocrisy there? You don’t always get what you ask for. Just ask Nicola.
Trust me friend, none of that matters - separation from the UK just ain't gonna happen while their resident population remains sentient. The diaspora are the ones in dreamland. No, first if it happened it wouldn’t be all the oil, then Scotland is in a position to become a world leader is renewable energy, it ‘s already exporting renewable energy and will fairly soon be 100% self sufficient in renewable.
As a side thing you’d be surprised how much whisky is worth to the economy far more than gin, something like two thirds of the countries spirit economic contribution is whisky and is top of the UK s food and drink exports.
None whatsoever. And you see no hypocrisy there?
You'd see NO hypocrisy in denying the Northern Isles their right to holding a referendum or treating them as being "Scottish"?None whatsoever.

Yes I was a bit clumsily agreeing. What point are you making? I’m simply documenting current fact.
You haven’t seen the polling or heard the sentiments expressed in the coffee shops then. If there was a referendum tomorrow it would be very close.Trust me friend, none of that matters - separation from the UK just ain't gonna happen while their resident population remains sentient. The diaspora are the ones in dreamland.
And you see no hypocrisy there?
Would you advocate the Northern Isles right to holding a referendum?
Northern Isles joined Scotland just before Scotland joined with England. They were never a part of it before then.Scotland is a recognised country. The Northern Isles are not. Would you advocate Cornwall having the right to holding a referendum on independence? Or London becoming a seperate City State?
