Season Card info now on OS

It is indicative of our current fanbase that £40 per match is deemed good value by many on here .

Middle class football supporting has certainly taken over now at MCFC

Very sad.

Agreed. The pubs will be filling up in the coming years with City fans. Exactly the same as what happened at United, who have similar prices to ours now.

The whole "it's a business, deal with it" comments make me shake my head. Conformism. Prices increasingly target the well off and the older fans who have money tucked away from a lifetime of working.

And the FFP argument infuriates me. The increase in match day revenue from the normal fans will be about as much as they could get from partnering with a Chinese noodle company.

BTW, clubs like Liverpool have fan groups who contest most price rises and keep the club under pressure not to hike prices. City are under zero pressure.

Mines up to £700 this year from £640 last year.

I'm in CB 3rd tier and according to a lad at work who sits in the 3rd tier at Old Trafford his renewal is just under £650.

Can't believe we've surpassed them lot (biggest corporate whores in football) for pricing in some areas of the stadium.

I'll still be renewing but far from happy at the way this is going every season.

With wage rises at the lowest rate ever and unlikely to change,a 10% increase every season will start to price out more and more fans every year, their places taken by the wealthier ones searching for the next winners and popular club to attatch themselves to.

I agree with most of what you say, but... http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/fo...ol-fans-form-a-club-in-their-price-range.html

I think i will savour Sunday more now considering it will be my last game at home for a long time.

Can no longer afford the near 10% price increase nor the £58 matchday ticket prices. So there will be at least two season tickets available for someone to get.

Been a good 12 years anyway.....

Mines gone up £40.
Hopefully when we extend the stadium it might slow the rising costs, if it keeps rising the same every year, in a few I might have to consider giving it up!

What do you disagree with? Fan groups are good because they don't give a club an easy pass to do whatever they want.

Where are our representatives like this? A group that, for example, would go to the MEN and express their disappointment at years of major season ticket price hikes and make an image conscious club like City think twice?

I have nothing against it. But I disagree with the point about pressure on Liverpool.

Excellent

Thanks mate

Ah wish i had read that first..i have just manually renewed it online

£600 for me, up from £540 last year which is 10% increase in line with most others. Really feel for those not able to renew. throw in the cup games, away games and our annual trips to wembley and it is becoming a very expensive hobby following city now.
