Utter crap. If I'm not mistaken you also have to re-enter your card details for each cup scheme you sign up to. Ridiculous.

If you're using Internet Explorer you'll struggle. Google Chrome works much better for the ticket website.
 
For anyone in the Premia seats, it is worth double checking with the Club that your "reserved" seats have been saved for you!
 
It was a pain having to enter my bank details separately for my seasoncard renewal and the cup schemes, but it's done now.

It's not the slickest site in the world, but it works in it's own strange way.
 
Rang up yesterday and renewed. Only on the phone for 10 minutes.

Prior to the call I said I wasn't going on the cup schemes, after I hung up I had subscribed to them all!

They didn't! They just asked if I wanted to join them and through sheer lack of will power I couldn't say no.

And people wonder why prices continue to rise!

I went platinum this year.


Now I'm off to start a thread asking why my seasoncard hasn't arrived yet
